We help youth build confidence in the classroom and beyond. Through homework assistance, tutoring, literacy support, educational technology, and individualized encouragement, CTG meets youth where they are academically and helps them keep moving forward. 

We believe supporting a young person means supporting the village around them.

CTG works alongside parents, caregivers, schools, community organizations, and neighborhood partners to strengthen connections and create a stronger network of support for youth and families.

Youth need more than programs. They need people who consistently show up. CTG creates authentic relationships where youth can be heard, challenged, encouraged, and supported as they navigate life.

Through mentoring, character development, leadership opportunities, and real conversations, we help young people discover who they are and who they have the potential to become.

Sometimes the biggest lessons happen outside of a classroom.

CTG creates experiences that expose young people to new places, people, careers, cultures, businesses, colleges, trades, and possibilities. From field trips and community events to hands on learning and enrichment opportunities, we want youth to experience a world bigger than what they see every day.
